Over the last 100 years we have become a leading manufacturer and supplier of light sources and fixtures to the electrical wholesale industry. Through continued investment into cutting edge technology, we have gained a reputation in the industry for unique energy saving product manufactured to the highest specification. Having invested in building an R&D facility and continued product advancements, we were aware that we had eligibility for accessing HMRC’s R&D tax incentive scheme, but were so busy with our day to day work that we hadn’t progressed a claim. The team are professional, driven and highly knowledgeable, and worked hard to ensure that our input was all collected within about 3-4 hours, and then over about a 4 week period RDS calculated the claim value & also created the justification report to accompany the claim. I have been delighted by the whole process, my eyes have been opened as to where we meet eligibility within the scheme, and thanks to RDS we have been able to re-invest the money we’ve received, allowing us to grow our business, expand our team and continue to develop cutting edge innovative products.
